Dr. Ubi Essien Isaac obtained his Bachelor's, Master's (with Distinction), and PhD degrees in Human Anatomy, with his doctoral specialization in Neuroanatomy and research focusing on neurobiology. He is a Fellow of the Scholars Academic and Scientific Society (FSASS).
Dr. Isaac is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Anatomy at the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS), Nigeria. He is committed to excellence in teaching, research, mentorship, and academic service. He has authored numerous articles published in reputable national and international peer-reviewed journals and has served as a reviewer for several scholarly journals. He has also served on the editorial boards of academic journals and currently serves as an Associate Editor of the African Journal of Anatomy and Physiology
His research interests include neuroscience, microscopic anatomy (histology), reproductive biology, molecular biology, biological anthropology, and translational biomedical research. He is also interested in innovations in anatomy education and interdisciplinary collaborations aimed at advancing biomedical science and improving human health.
