Dr. O. I. Ikpan holds a BSc Degree (Mathematics/ Statistics) from the University of Calabar (UNICAL), Calabar, MSc (Statistics) from University of Nigeria (UNN), Nsukka, and PhD in Statistics (Experimental (Optimal) Design) from the Imo State University (IMSU), Owerri. His research interest is in Optimal (Experimental) Designs, Optimization,, Statistical Modeling and Data Analysis. He is currently the Acting Head of Department of Statistics.
