Victor Ndifon was born in the early 1990s to the family of Ntufam Barr and Mrs Victor Ndifon. He is the second child in a family of six. He attended St Christopher Nursery and Primary School and De Wis College where he obtained his Primary and Secondary School Certificate respectively. He holds a Bsc in Mass Communication from the Cross River University Technology and Msc Degree from the University of Lagos. He holds a PhD degree in Mass Communication (political communication and Applied rhetoric’s) from the Department of Communication Arts University of Uyo.
Victor Ndifon is a young man who believes that leadership can make a difference in society. That is why while he was a Student of Cross River University, He participated in Students Unionism and emerged in 2009 as one of the youngest Students’ Union Presidents in Nigeria. Before then, he had served in the Student Union Government Parliament as Senator and Chief Whip 1.
Victor Ndifon is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication Cross River University of Technology where his passion and commitment to the development of Students has earned him deep admiration by all and sundry within the Department. He is also the certificate verification officer of the Faculty of Communication Technology in the University .
Victor Ndifon was the pioneer Public Relations Officer of Cross River Institute of Technology and Management Ugep where his unique writing and speaking ability made him one of the most credible Staff of the Institute. It is for this reason he was chosen during his stay to be the main Staff assisting the Registrar in taking notes and developing minutes of Governing Council Meetings of the Institute. He was also the Master of Ceremony of all events in the Institute.
Victor Ndifon is passionate for Youth Development. He was the Secretary of the National Youth Council of Nigeria Cross River State Chapter. Victor Ndifon is a recipient of many Awards . On the 10th of August 2019, he was conferred with the title of Youth Ambassador for his commitment to the development of young people.
