Dr. Ogar Cassius Ayam

Cassius A. Ogar, Ph.D. is a Management scholar who hails from Okosora Community in Ikom Local Government Area of Cross River State. He bagged his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Business Administration with First Class honors at Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH). His distinction at the undergraduate level in management studies from CRUTECH offered him the opportunity to enjoy the Cross River State Government Overseas Postgraduate Scholarship Award where he obtained his Master of Science (M.Sc) in Management at the prestigious University of Salford Manchester, United Kingdom (UK). His zeal for management scholarship endeared him to the quest for a higher degree in management at Ebonyi State University Abakaliki where he obtained his Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in General Management. Dr. Ogar also holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship from National Open University Nigeria (NOUN). Dr. Ogar is a member of notable professional organizations including a fellow at the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FCAI), a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), a Member of Strategic Management Institute ()ISMI,

Dr. Ogar has enjoyed several scholarship awards both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Recently, he was nominated as a Postdoctoral fellow by Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TEDFUND) in collaboration with Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) in Brazil where he shall be studying Probability and Statistics. Notably, he was also awarded the University of Salford Vice Chancellor outstanding performance award in 2014, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba SAN, OFR, CON, KSS outstanding undergraduate management sciences award in 2011, Cross River University of Technology Doctoral Scholarship Award in 2018, CRUTECH 2011 Best Graduating Student Award, 2011 Faculty of Management Sciences Best Graduating Student Award, 2011 Department of Business Administration Best Graduating Student Award, Award of recommendation from NYSC Ekiti State Coordinator for outstanding NYSC performance, etc.


As a vested management scholar, he is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Management Sciences, Department of Business Administration, University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) where he lectures several management courses including; Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Statistics, Research Methods, Introduction to Business Management, etc. Dr. Ogar is also an adjunct lecturer at Nogak Polytechnic Ikom and a facilitator at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) Ikom Study Centre. He has also distinguished himself in terms of scholarship as he has published widely in both local and international journals in the area of management. He is also a business consultant who eventually became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Graceville Global Business Consult in 2020.. As a faithful and devout Christian, Dr. Ogar is also a Pastor with Living Faith Church Worldwide. Politically, he has also meritoriously distinguished himself in service to humanity as he has enjoyed several recognitions in public foras including appointments into several committees. He has once served as the Secretary of Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba SAN, OFR, CON, KSS Campaign Organization where he brought to bear his management depth.
