Engr. Dr. I.E. Ibiang is a Senior Lecturer, and a research group member of the Water Resources and Environmental Engineering Research Group in the Department of Civil Engineering, CRUTECH. Engr. Dr. Ibiang is a Registered Civil Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering Practice in Nigeria (COREN). He is also a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Nigeria Institute of Civil Engineers (NICE). He is a practicing engineer and has many academic research papers and presentations.
